After ordering, your AACD TV media player will be shipped out within 1 business day via UPS ground. Depending on your location, you will receive your AACD TV delivery in 2-5 days. Shipping within the US is included with your subscription. There is an additional cost for shipping outside of the US.

The office simply needs to have an HDMI compatible television and internet connectivity (wired or wireless).

If your internet is weak or even stops working, your AACD TV broadcast will not be interrupted because the video content does not stream. Rather, it is loaded directly onto the media player. This is more desirable, as the broadcast does not rely on a constant internet connection. The system only uses your office's internet connection to download content updates and for system monitoring.

Since AACD TV does not depend on live streaming, it will not interfere with any of your office systems or applications that rely on the internet.

It is easy to add content to the AACD TV broadcast. The AACD TV support team can add videos provided by your practice, or even create attractive video slideshows for you featuring your own case photos, patient reviews, testimonials, special offers and more.

It is possible to broadcast to multiple televisions provided that they are properly wired. This typically involves running HDMI cables from each television to a central location, where you would need an HDMI distribution amplifier—a device that can split the signal to up to 8 televisions while maintaining a high-definition picture.
